Class Action Suit Against Coinbase Will Continue, Judge Rules

Last week, a U.S. judge partially denied Coinbase's request to dismiss a class action lawsuit from shareholders who accused the exchange of misleading them about the possibility of being sued by the SEC. The judge ruled that while the plaintiffs had a plausible case of negligence on Coinbase's part, most of the allegations were not plausible. Coinbase's motion to dismiss was granted in part and denied in part.
