March meme madness rages on as Floki Inu (FLOKI), Dogwifhat (WIF), and PepeCoin (PEPE) have all posted double-digit gains in the past day.

Altogether the three meme coins have seen $2.8 billion worth of volume in the past 24 hours, according to CoinGecko data.

Shiba Inu dog-themed Ethereum token Floki Inu catapulted itself into the very meme 69th largest digital asset by market capitalization—up from 75th largest as of Monday, according to CoinGecko data.

At the time of writing, the FLOKI price is $0.0001837 after having increased 38% in the past day. And its market capitalization is now $1.8 billion. That's a huge leap for the dog- and Norse mythology-themed coin. FLOKI hasn't seen a price this high since December 2021.

The meme coin was recently listed on Singapore-based crypto exchange Coinhako. It's hard to say just how much new trading volume that's created for the coin, though. Most price aggregators, like CoinMarketCap, show that neither the exchanges volume nor reserves data is tracked. But the main FLOKI X account and a Floki Inu core contributor referred to it as the biggest exchange in Singapore—noting that it's been licensed through the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

Meanwhile, Dogwifhat (WIF) has climbed 22% in the past day to currently trade for $2.14. The Solana meme coin only just reached a $2 billion market cap for the first time earlier this week, but has already closed in on $2.1 billion as of Friday morning.

WIF just got a new listing on Australian exchange CoinSpot this week. It's another exchange that doesn't have its reserves and volume listed on U.S.-accessible price aggregators, which are sometimes geo-fenced from access that data.

WIF has also been giving its fellow Solana meme coin, BONK, a run for its money. In fact, on TKTK, WIF managed to flip BONK for the first time since it was launched three months ago. The tokens have swapped back and forth a few time since then, but as of Friday morning WIF still has a higher market capitalization than BONK.

At the time of writing, WIF's $2.1 billion leaves about a $58 million gap between it and BONK.

And PepeCoin (PEPE), based on the Pepe the Frog meme, has been tirelessly persistent this week. The Ethereum meme coin has gained 17% in the past day and is currently trading for $0.0000007844 and has increased 144% in the last week alone.

In the past week, PEPE has often been the top performing meme coin. It was only just May last year when PEPE launched and stirred up a meme craze. But for context, its current price is 20% higher than the previous all-time high it set in back in May 2023.
