The Media Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying opportunities in the market, client outreach and establishing revenue generating partnerships.


  • Identify & research potential client contacts and uncover high-value opportunities
  • Establish relationships with executives and decision makers at prospective partners and clients via outbound emails and messages
  • Prepare and deliver client-specific pitches and proposals across all of Decrypt’s revenue channels (website advertising, newsletters, sponsored content, podcasts, event sponsorships, and more). Training will be provided.
  • Track and report on sales performance


  • General interest or understanding of the media, blockchain, and crypto space
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word required
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
