Brianna "Bri" Stern, the model and crypto influencer behind SISTER, a Solana meme coin launched in June last year, has reportedly filed a civil lawsuit in Los Angeles against controversial internet personality Andrew Tate.
Stern claimed that Tate assaulted her at the Beverly Hills Hotel on March 11. On Thursday evening, Stern took to social media to share details of her allegations.
Beverly Hills police did not immediately return Decrypt's request for confirmation and comments. Decrypt reached out to Stern on X and Tate's U.S. representatives at McBride Law.
"We met because he needed models for his crypto coin, and promised to help me to help save my crypto coin $SISTER," Stern said on X.

Media reports from TMZ and the LA Times cite the lawsuit, which accuses Tate of sexual assault, battery, and gender violence during his 10-month relationship with Stern.
A digital copy of the lawsuit has not appeared on public records. The lawsuit reportedly seeks unspecified statutory and punitive damages.
Tate's legal representatives from New York-based McBride Law told the LA Times that the suit was a "blatant cash grab" meant as a "desperate attempt" to exploit their client.
Stern will be represented by Buzbee Law, one of the law firms representing alleged victims of Sean "Diddy" Combs.
DADDY and SISTER
In a separate statement on X, Stern claimed she was promoting her Solana-based meme coin SISTER when she joined models recruited for Tate's own crypto project, DADDY, in July 2024.
At the time, Tate did an interview with Rug Radio content creator Michael "ThreadGuy" Jerome, where he claimed that the degen culture behind crypto was "infantile, asinine.”
Tate's DADDY meme coin briefly saw an 11% surge after a separate criminal investigation was launched in Florida earlier this month.
The SISTER token, meanwhile, has swelled by over 290% in the past 24 hours, reaching a market cap of $370,000 with 550 holders, data from GeckoTerminal shows.

Stern claims that what began as consensual sex turned violent when Tate began verbally degrading, choking, and beating her.
She sought medical attention at a New York hospital after the incident and was diagnosed with "Post-Concussion Syndrome," according to an image obtained by TMZ.
"Shut the fuck up, bitch. You will never backtalk me. You are my property," Tate allegedly told Stern.
Tate, a 38-year-old former kickboxer, currently faces separate rape and human trafficking charges in Romania with his brother Tristan.
