Position Overview:

As a Senior Salesperson, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and revenue generation for Rug Radio and Decrypt. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients/customers, identifying new business opportunities, and leading the sales team toward achieving ambitious targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients/customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong sense of initiative and accountability.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
