Tomo Inc. has launched the Tomo Telegram Wallet, a multi-chain wallet integrated directly into the Telegram platform. With this new release, users can send, receive, and swap tokens cross-chain, as well as airdrop and gift tokens, to their communities—all within Telegram’s familiar interface.
The wallet supports Ethereum, Solana, TON, Tron, BNB Smart Chain, Arbitrum, Base, Blast, Avalanche, Polygon, Scroll, Optimism, and Linea, with plans to add more chains as the product continues to evolve. Users can also access on- and off-ramp services and earn points for completing on-chain and in-app tasks, adding an interactive dimension to their experience. Moreover, Tomo Wallet includes a gift feature, allowing influencers, projects, and users to distribute tokens. Recipients can receive either an equal or random share of tokens, which can be accessed through a shared link. Tomo gift feature enables direct token transfers within Telegram chat, currently supporting Solana and BNB Chains, with additional chains planned for the future. This functionality simplifies token distribution and transfers through the messaging platform.
“Telegram has provided nearly a billion people with the freedom to communicate. Now, with Tomo Telegram Wallet, we’re giving users the freedom to transact within that same space,” said Ryan Fang, Founder of Tomo Wallet. “This integration brings Web3 functionality into the everyday life of Telegram users, offering real utility in a platform they already trust.”
In terms of security, Tomo Telegram Wallet employs EOA architecture and biometric authentication features, ensuring the highest level of protection for users. Tomo’s mobile app, available on iOS and Android, already provides features such as cross-chain swaps, token staking, and direct token transfers within chats. The Telegram wallet integration builds on this foundation, further improving Web3 access through a widely used platform.
Earlier this month, Tomo also introduced its Telegram SDK, which allows any Telegram mini app to integrate wallet functionality. This move reinforces Tomo’s focus on bringing DeFi to a wider audience.
The company plans to continue improving the product, adding support for additional blockchains and refining the user experience to ensure Tomo Telegram Wallet remains a leading solution for Web3 in the messaging space.
Tomo Wallet is an all-in-one Web3 social wallet that allows users to log in effortlessly with their social accounts. It supports all major blockchain networks, including Bitcoin, EVM, Solana, Ton, Tron, Cosmos, and more. With Tomo Wallet, users can easily manage assets, send crypto, perform cross-chain swaps, buy trending meme coins, earn points, chat, make friends, and participate in token-based communities. They can also on- and off-ramp fiat currency using a credit card. Tomo is available as a Telegram mini-app, a mobile app for iOS and Android, and as a Google Chrome extension, offering a comprehensive solution for all Web3 needs.
